BioBQ is a cultured meat company, which means we grow meat in a clean facility using muscle and fat cells collected from real live cattle, rather than from slaughtered animals.  Based in Austin, Texas, known for BBQ, we aim to be the first in the world to offer cultured 100% beef brisket.
